Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) was appointed by the Johannesburg Roads Agency to provide professional engineering services for the Naledi vehicular and pedestrian bridge between Naledi and Protea North in Soweto.

Delta BEC was responsible for detailed investigation reports, preparing preliminary and detailed design options, site supervision and contract administration, facilitating the procurement process, as well as acting as health and safety agent.
