ENGINEERING-PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Delta Turnkey Solutions, or DTS, is a design-procure-construction service provider, allowing clients to contract with a single entity for their infrastructure or facility development requirements. DTS undertakes planning and design on behalf of a client and is thereafter responsible for construction. In most cases, DTS contracts a fellow DELTA Group company, Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) to undertake the planning and design, and thereafter Delta Construction (D-Con) to execute the construction. Should the client require facility management services once the project is completed, Delta Facilities Management can provide this service.

DTS is flexible in its contracting methodology and prepared to enter into fixed price, cost plus or re-measurable contracts depending on client requirements and the project type. Commissioning, issuing of as-built information, and maintenance and operation manuals also form part of the service we provide.
