Delta Infrastructure Solutions, also known as DIS, provides infrastructure maintenance management services and construction supervision services. In terms of maintenance management, the company specializes in routine road maintenance management. The management service that DIS provides encompasses: assessing the condition of all the infrastructure; determining the correct maintenance management regime; creating work packages, compiling tender documentation; tender adjudication; overseeing routine road maintenance projects; and assessing the volume of work done to issue monthly certificates for payment by the client.

DIS’s construction supervision service is a support service for other consultants that may not have the capacity or experience to supervise large infrastructure projects. The service pertains to the supervision of construction of infrastructure, inclusive of roads, water and sewer reticulation, stormwater infrastructure and bridges, and includes: reviewing designs and confirming quantities; monitoring progress and construction quality; assessing monthly progress in terms of payment, compiling monthly progress payment certificates and issuing the final account; addressing construction queries; acting as principal agent; updating construction drawings to reflect as-built information and adjudicating construction claims.
